West Ham U23S and Dmitri Halajko
Anyone follow the U23s , not much written about Dmitri online. Played 10 W9 D1 L0.

Any enlightenment on his management and style of play?

His record so far has been fantastic, and I like the cut of his jib in the interviews I have seen.

Despite the name, he is very much English.

The romantic side of me would love to see him eventually become our fist team coach/manager. However, that would ideally be at least 2 years down the line. I think that it is way too early for him. Firstly, this could be a flash in the pan. Secondly, he needs to finish what he has started with the U23's. Thirdly, he needs time to develop himself and be ready for the Premier League. It would be great if he could and there is no reason why he couldn't.
